Charming Cottage in Indian Rocks Beach

About sixteen years ago my family and I fell in love with the quaint area of Indian Rocks Beach. Indian Rocks is a quaint little town with restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, and surf shops. They have some of the best restaurants, check out my blog post on Restaurants In Indian Rocks Beach Area. We found the Charming Cottage and it met all of our needs and more. The cottage is located right on the beach with the most amazing view. We wanted a place so our whole family could get together at one time and this was perfect. After many family reunions, we decided to share our cottage home. We have been renting the units for about 15 years now. Charming Cottage is family owned and operated. We have many renters that come back every year that we now call family too. For me, the Charming Cottage is a special haven where I can relax and restore my soul. Take a walk on the beach, watch the gorgeous sunsets with a drink in hand and make some memories.

Upstairs is a separate unit with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room is spacious with couches, tv, dining area and kitchen. The living room opens up to the extended porch with table and chairs. This is my favorite spot to watch the most amazing sunsets. The master bedroom has the best view of the ocean from the queen bed and has its own bathroom. The VIP is also a queen size bed and the third bedroom is made up of two twin size beds.

The cottage is unique in that it has three separate units. The bottom floor is made up of two separate one bedroom units. Each of these units has a living room with a pull out sofa, tv, kitchen, bathroom with tub and a queen size bed. They have a front porch that looks straight out to the beach with patio furniture for eating and enjoying the sunsets.

It's one thing to stay in Indian Rocks Beach, but to stay right on the beach is so unique and convenient. No loading up toys, chairs, and coolers for the day, just walk back to the house to cool off and grab a cold one.
